Scenario 2 - Professionals...
Scenario 2 - The Professionals
Have you ever had to reference/show one or more websites to one or more
clients in a phone conversation/conference? It often involves things like
"go to this url", "now click on this", "now click on that...". It is very
cumbersome, and not very professional. The easy way is to simply tell the
client to go to your website and click on WebCruise CastHopper. From there, you
control their (even large groups with diverse browser types) browsers and
display what you want them to see.
Business people picked up on it right away. They could instantly show web
sites, slide shows, demonstrate applications, etc. without needing to buy
expensive software that only ran on one type of system or another, only
worked with one type of browser or another and doesn't work with web
enabled PDAs and cell phones. . By simply clicking to join the
presentation, user's browsers were linked. In one demonstration we had
over 800 participants around the worlk in a 45 minute presentation.
There was no lack of ideas of how the system could be used.
Appearing on a one hour radio program to discuss technology, I brought up
the system, and as I talked about technologies and/or websites, I brought
the applicable website up in a browser sporting the system. We told listeners
were to go to "click in", which they did, so they were looking at the same
pages we were during the show. The same works well for live televsion,
news shows, cooking shows, etc.
